Blackberry Curve 8310 email

I have been unable to get the email setup tool on my Blackberry Curve 8310 to work since I ported over to T-Mobile service on 8 June. I have spent countless hours on the phone over the last two weeks with T-Mobile and with Blackberry. Blackberry technicians have thoroughly tested my device and it seems to be working properly, but they say the email registration request is not getting to them via T-Mobile. IOW, the device is sending the request, but Blackberry servers never get the request from T-Mobile. The Blackberry technician wants to troubleshoot directly with T-Mobile, but he cannot initiate that line of communication. T-Mobile technicians say all the problem is with the device, that it is an AT&T device (I unlocked it from AT&T) and they cannot support it and I must take up the issue with Blackberry. I am chasing my tail here.

I have a Blackberry data plan. I am able to browse the internet via the browser and I have no problems. But the T-Mobile tools that use the Internet Browser to access pages for email setup fail every time.

I have since developed a work-around.

1.  With my T-Mobile SIM card in my wife's BlackBerry Torch, I was able to establish email connectivity via T-Mobile service. This gave me the first access to the "Email and Text Tools" off the "Mobile Life" menu of my.t-mobile.com.

2.  Via a desktop computer, I changed my device on my.t-mobile.com to be the BlackBerry Curve 8310.

3.  I returned my T-Mobile SIM card to my BlackBerry 8310

4.  Via the desktop computer and my.t-mobile.com's MobileLife --> Email and Text Tools, I sent service books to my device.

5.  I am now receiving my personal gmail to my BlackBerry Curve 8310.

However, I still cannot access from my BlackBerry 8310

1.  bwc.t-mobile.com (HTTP error 502 - Bad Gateway) or
2.  my.t-mobile.com (log on fails) or
3.  t-mobile.blackberry.com (message tells me my device is not registered with my service provider).

The first site, bwc.t-mobile.com is the site that the email setup wizard attempts to access. T-Mobile Tech Support has told me that site is incorrect, that it should be accessing t-mobile.blackberry.com, even though the wizard is THEIR TOOL, that THEY sent to ME. Regardless, I can't access t-mobile.blackberry.com either. And if I use a desktop computer to access t-mobile.blackberry.com, punch in my PIN and IMEI, I get the same message that my device gets -- device not registered with service provider.

My BlackBerry 8310 is not registering properly with T-Mobile service. I almost want to ask if T-Mobile is no longer supporting the 8310, but there are users here that have the same device. How can I get T-Mobile Technicians to work this out with Blackberry Technicians on my behalf?
