Just wondering for clarification since this is different from what I have had in the past.
I have a g2x that I keep as a backup phone for working around the house.
I do have the PHP with extended warranty so I wasn't too worried.
This was the first time I have used the phone in quite some time.
I went to use it today and I was able to make a call and it shut off in the middle of the call.
I had tried a different battery and charger and still nothing out of it.
So I contacted them to see what options and troubleshooting determined that it needs to be replaced.
But they are saying that since it is not the phone currently being used they can't replace it.
I have had exchanges done like that without a problem before.
Like when my g2 a few months ago I popped my sim card int my sensation for the week while I was trying to get it working again and couldn't so the sensation would have been the phone being currenlty used and they had no problems replacing the g2 then.
When did this change?
Or was something maybe being missed?
