I was waiting to upgrade my contract to get the best deal available and on the day is was available, T-Mobile started the no contract business but you pay for a phone. My first question is why should I pay $400 + for a phone that isn't going to work for even a year?

After contacting customer service about this I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. No call.

I went on Facebook and posted a comment about all the trouble I have had look for answers on the T-mobile FB page. I got a response again about being contacted within 48 hours. No. Call.

By this time, I am annoyed. So I go back to FB and the T-mobile page and my post had been deleted. So I wrote another one. Guess what? DELETED!!! So over T-mobile. Trying to decide if I should wait or pay $200 on our other line that is in a contract @ a cell phone provider that HAS "NO CONTRACTS"! If T-mobile would just let me leave without fees I would be happy and not drag their name thru the mud with everyone I know that is a T-Mobile customer!
