My US vacation is over and im now in Canada. I would like to cancel my plan but when I called the 611 hotline, I got lost in the menus and cant seem to find the right menu option to talk to an operator so that I could cancel my account.
Fast forward, im now out of the US and I was wondering if I could cancel my account via My TMobile?
Several years ago, it was easier to get hold of an operator but now, I dont know why cancelling my account is such a hassle.
