Really?

I have been having trouble with my service for months now. I have tried to contact the CEO of this company and I was redirected back to the bottom where I was told that the only way to resolve my problems was to troubleshoot. I have been troubleshooting for over a month and nothing is being resolved.

 

I am wasting my personal times and my minutes on my phone trying to get my issues resolved but no one seems to really want to help. At first I was told that the only way to resolve the issue would be to get a signal booster which is currently out of stock. When I called again another day I was told it would take two days for technicians to come out and check out the cell towers and resolve any signal issues. Three days passed and nothing changed. Then I called back and was told that it would take two days for a technician to come out but that never happened either. When I called back I was told by a representative that it "sucked that I am paying for a service that I can't use." And that the only option I had was to "keep track of all the days that my service was off" so that my account can be credited later because there was no estimated time of when the problem would be resolved. And then a couple of days later I called yet another agent and was told that "there was never a service ticket made for a technician to go to the sights that I requested" but it would take three days for the technicians to go out now and resolve the issues.

 

CIRCLES MUCH?????????  I don't understand why I keep getting the run around here, this company is glad to accept my money and yet it doesn't want to help me? That's BS!
