System Requirements


Supported Browsers:

  • IE8, IE9, Chrome and Firefox
  • Java Plug-In:

    • If you see the following pop-up at the top of your web browser, click on “Update plug-in…” and follow the instructions to download Java.
  • Java Permissions:

    • If you see the following pop-up at the top of your web browser, click on “Always run on this site.”

 

 

Procedure

 

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in with the phone number of the Album account containing the images you wish to download.
    • If you are not signed up for a My T-Mobile account, select the “Sign up” button on the right.
  2. Click Album under MobileLife in the top navigation bar. Step 1.png
  3. Click All at the top of the left hand column under Albums.
    • This will display all your photos and videos to the right. Step 2.png
  4. Click the orange Download Media icon in the upper right.Step 3.png
    • A dialogue box may appear next – clicking “Don’t Block” will allow the download(s) to begin:

  5. A pop-up displays the file name and size of each photo to be downloaded. On the left hand side is a green check inside of a check box.
    • Make sure all checkboxes are selected. If they are not all selected, select the Check All button on the lower right.
  6. The text at the top of the pop-up displays the number of photo files and the total size to be downloaded. For the example above it says, “Downloading 1 files. Total download size is 1.61 MB.”
  7. Click Ok.                                                             Step 4.png
  8. The default folder where your photos will be downloaded is displayed. Select that folder or create a new one.
    • This is dependent on the web browser used with your computer.
  9. Select Open.                            Step 5.png
    • The download process will begin. You will see the progress bar for each photo being downloaded.
  10. When the download is complete, it will indicate the number of successfully downloaded photo files.
    • The final downloaded size is shown and can be compared against the original requested download size above it.
    • When you are finished click “OK” to close the dialog box.Step 6.png
    • The successfully downloaded photo is saved and shown in the folder.Step 7.png
