I have quite a few picutres in my MobileLife album. (539). I would like to download all of them to my computer. On the Album page there is a button called Download media. I tried it on a mac and nothing happened when you click the button, so I tried Explorer on my Windows computer at work and it asked to download a controller called the Aurigma File Downloader. I said yes and it downloaded and installed it into my browser. I selected the first page of pictures and downloaded all 40 of them using the Aurigma file downloader. When I went to get the second page, the Download Media button no longer works. I tried Firefox instead. It also loaded the controller, but nothing happens when I click the download media button. I removed it from Explorer and installed it again. Still, no response when I click the button. I can't find any information on the web site about how to troubleshoot this.
Has anyone had this work successfully in the past? It may be a security issue that my browsers are catching without popping up any warning message. Also, I noticed some news yesterday that Oracle just fixed some security leaks in Java and this controller runs in Java. Maybe it has stopped working because of that. If you can get it working let me know what operating system, browser, and security settings you are using.
