my iphone 5s is paid off ~ I AM having the same problems and excuses from Tmobil. got 2 letters from the unlocking department saying my phone had to be in service ??? MY PHONE IS ACTIVE AND WORKING . MY PHONE IS ON SERVICE WHILE ALL THIS IS GOING THEY HAVE NOT YET UNLOCK MY IPHONE. PLEASE HELP!
