I'm hoping that a T-Mobile rep monitoring this site is able to help, or pass this appeal on to someone with authority, as customer service tells me I'm out of luck.
I have used the T-Mobile MobileLife service to backup my contacts for years. My phone froze, so I did a factory reset knowing my contacts were stored in the cloud - only to find out afterward that two weeks ago the service was terminated. T-Mobile announced the service was to be discontinued solely on the website - I received no text messages, emails, or automated phone calls. Two weeks later someone at T-Mobile must still have access to a copy of the database, and is undoubtedly able to export my contacts and send them to me.
Help me reach someone who can do something, PLEASE!
