The email --> to SMS service seems in trouble again, as it was about a month ago, judging by the forums.
We have two users with number@tmomail.net who stopped receiving text messages from our programs on August 8th.
As folks wrote on the previous threads - it looks very similar - when I send e-mal to their numbers manually through Outlook - they get it (though sometimes weirdly as MMS, rather than text, as it used to be previously). However when the email is sent by application to the same address they do not receive either text or MMS - just nothing. It used to work before. Please, help. These alerts are really crucial for our business process.
