I was abroad for a couple months and returned to the US about a week ago. Right upon coming back I paid $50 for my service, but the service is horrible! I should better say there is no service at all. I can't make calls, I can't text, I can't use data - nothing! So has anyone else had such problem? I am very close to change my provider, because not only service sucks, but also it is really hard to reach the TMobile support team.
