I am so confused about the Lifeline program through Family Mobile, but provided by T-Mobile. I tried to apply for the program on the lifeline-fm.com website. I initially sent in the wrong paperwork, which I tried to correct but could not because the website said the my application was submitted. I received a letter stating that I sent in the wrong information from Ron Ulibarri. Again I knew I had so this was not a surprise. The letter went on to state that I can resubmit the paperwork through that same website by signing in again. I have not been able to do so since that page is still saying I submitted the paperwork so no changes can be made. I called Family Mobile and they suggested that I start from the beginning by creating a new e-mail and then submitting the documents again. I did so. That page is stuck on the "please submit" page, even though I already did. I even faxed the information to the number provided and still nothing. I called Family Mobile again, and they suggested I call T-mobile. I talked to 6 people, 5 had never heard of InReach or Lifeline. The last person I spoke to heard of it, but had no more information than I had.
How in the world can you contact this so called department or program?
By the way, yes I have read every single word on the Family-Mobile/Lifeline website and the InReach page.
