Dear XXXXXX (Customer Name)
T-Mobile HotSpot Discontinuation
On December 15, 2012, T-Mobile will discontinue its fixed Public HotSpot (Wi-Fi) service.
T-Mobile customers who have previously subscribed to this service (through the Add-On plan or the Hotspot only plan) will no longer be charged for this service.
T-Mobile’s decision to discontinue this service is in response to widely available 3G or 4G enabled devices, such as embedded laptop computers and tablets, and Wi-Fi services (including some free options).
