I've had tmobile for several years but we are going to be moving in the next week, to a very wooded area, and there is no cell service. My husband has a verizon work phone and he has a signal but neither of our tmobile phones get coverage. Is there a way to go about canceling without penalty or getting a signal, and before someone suggests it, no, wifi calling isnt an option. We need a quality signal. And tmobile isn't providing that at our new address.
