Associate: Luis- nice guy tried his best
Manager: Mike - seems to care less. Wont give number for DM or retail support.
1.. Went into T mobile store to switch over from Verizon. Waited 1/2 hour then went through process. After porting our number over and processing payment computer glitched and we couldn't complete.
2. Store said come back in a few days and they will get it fixed. Really? you ported the phone numbers already. I told them no way we cannot be without phones for a few days.
3. Store finally agreed to give us cheap loaner phones and said problem would be resolved in a day or two. We we in the store for 3 1/2 hours, refusing to leave until we had any working phones.
4. Asked for number to DM was ignored. Store unwilling to give contact info for anyone above the Store Manager.
5. Called Customer Service who told me to call the store. Gee thanks !
5. Now it's day 7 still only calls I get are a response to my call into the store.
6. Have asked to speak to DM for 5 days straight and am being ignored. The glitch stilled not fixed and no one seems to care.
This is quite possibly the worst retail experience of my life
