Hi. I am trying to refill my T-Mobile account which has the $30 plan for unlimited text/date (up to 5gb) + 100 mins, but everytime I get to the end of the payment process of where I submit my debit card info and all that I get the following message:
"We are sorry, but your transaction was not authorized. If you have questions about this transaction, you may speak with a Refill Center Specialist at 1-888-278-3397. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you'd like to try again using another form of payment, please click "Edit Payment Information" below to return to the payment page."
My payment is due by tomorrow and don't want to lose this account or the plan I have. I tried paying with a different browser, through the mobile automated line, and through a representative as well. When I explained it to the representative and they tried to process the payment they told me there's an error and then transferred me to the Investigation Team line. I have no idea why they're transferring me there. I'm trying to pay my monthly fee so I can keep using your service. Please help.
