Wrong name on caller ID when I call landlines

I've had the same number for 15 years.  I've had service with Sprint, then with AT&T, and currently with T-Mobile. When I ported my number to T-mobile last year, I added the line to my partner's T-mobile account. Now, when I place a call to an AT&T landline, or to an Ooma VOIP line, the caller ID shows my partner's name instead of mine. I've called TMobile customer service three times to request that they fix this error. First two times they said they'd fix it. On the most recent call to customer service, they told me they had no control over the name that displays on caller ID for my phone.

I understand that other carriers may have different data sources for providing names on caller ID, but the fact is, the only reason my phone has the wrong name on it is because TMobile provided the wrong name to those other companies' caller ID database. Other phone companies would have no way of associating my partner's name to my phone number unless that information had come from TMobile. Prior to switching to my partner's account, my caller ID always showed my name. Clearly, whatever database that AT&T and Ooma use had to have received the incorrect name from TMobile.

I need help. I need for my caller ID to show my name, not my partner's name, regardless of who I dial. TMobile provided the wrong name, so logically, TMobile should be able to provide the right name.
