I've got a problem which is related to pre-paid plan.

Originally, Last month, 29, I joined the $40 pre-paid plan which has unlimited text, call and 500MB data.

But, the day before yesterday, I used all data, so I wanna change my plan to $50 plan which has unlimited text, call, and data.

Because I had $40 pre-paid validation date until this month, 29,(You know, that's monthly plan) I thought that I just need to pay only $10 for changing $50 pre-paid plan.

When I try to do that by my cellphone internet, I saw a text in the website which need to PIN number.

At that time, I was not sure my PIN number, So, I visited a T-mobile service center which is located at 667 S western Ave in LA.

I explained and asked my problem. Their employee solved my problem by changing my plan from $40 to $50.

 

After that, I've met a new problem. They just terminated my original plan which is $40 plan and then, changed to $50 plan!!

The homepage need to pay whole money $50 for changing $50 plan to me until 17, June!!

Because of that, I lost the $40 plan and also I couldn't use the $50 plan also cause of payment. I just charged $10 for changing plan.

 

However I couldn't recognize that immediately, It still was working on today!.

Today, suddenly, My plan was terminated and I had so many problem cause of cellphone which was not working!!

 

I revisited your center for solving this problem today, But, Your employee just said "Everything is cause of your misunderstanding, WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING. We don't have any way to change your plan by paying only $10. " Was I ever mad when I heard that. If they know when I try to change it, they should explain to me and do not activated $50 plan! But, your employee did't do. They have no responsibility!!

 

So, I want to know that you don't have way to change plan by paying only differential charge like this situation before one month validation date and what should I do in this case.

 

(In addition, If possible, I wanna return to $30 plan which I used to before 2 month ago. It include unlimited text, data and 100mins call. At that time, Because I should go back to my country, I couldn't use the $30 plan continually)
