A SIM swap was performed on my line ( which had Blackberry service) and a line which had Android Unlimited Web feature . The other line became a Blackberry line (working just fine), my line was provisioned with Android Unlimited Web. No data service since. I'm redirected to a site that tells me that I don't have a data plan. This is a week old issue that no one has been able to help with, phone support nor chat. This is on a Galaxy S IV
I've power cycled , battery pulled, turned on / off, and reset the APN until I'm blue in the face!!!
The other line ( the android which became a Blackberry) works fine.
