4 months ago I got a 24-month data plan with my HP Chromebook.
Today I called T-Mobile, and learned that my plan was cancelled.
I insisted in that I never cancelled it, but I kept getting the same answer: "I am sorry, but the plan has been cancelled."
So, T-mobile decided to unilaterally cancel my 24-month plan, for which I presume I paid when I bought the Chromebook.
Should I try to address this with HP, considering that I acquired the Chromebook from them?
