I am wondering how the porting process works. I am considering coming over from sprint with 2 lines. can I purchase new phones from the website and try out the service/coverage first, then port over the numbers later on (say a few weeks)? or do I have to port the numbers over when I buy the phones? also, can a number be ported over to the "prepaid device" for my 2nd line? I'd just like to be sure the service is good in this area before canceling my current service. thanks for any info.
