I will stay in USA for less then 3 months for studying.
I'm interested in a data sim card for surf internet and other messaging app (like Whatsup).
I would like to know if I can buy a sim card with only mobile internet (30$) or I would have to buy the unlimited option (50$).
After this 3 month how can I stop the services and the payments?
