Can Tmo block certain calls ?

I recently started receiving calls from area code 268(Antigua and Barbuda). They ring only once and hang up and this seems to be a wangiri fraud. I can ignore them, but they are very annoying and I want to block them. Unfortunately, my phone doesn't have a call block feature. Does Tmo  block calls from certain numbers on their end ?
