I activated service on a new phone, and it's working fine. I'm on a prepaid plan. I'm trying to sign up for My T-Mobile so I can manage my payments online. However, when I enter my phone number, the web page just sits there with a spinning circle, and never sends me a temporary password. If I go to the Forgot Password page and enter my number, it says the number isn't registered and that I need to sign up first, which isn't working as already explained. Anyone else had this problem? I've tried multiple computers, different browsers, waited a day and tried again, same problem. I went to a T-Mobile store today and they couldn't help despite spending 45 minutes on the phone with technical support.
