Hi,
I started my own plan a few months ago, the unlimited talk/text Simple Choice plan. Only 1 line.
However, my brother added himself to my plan a few months in, so we changed to a shared Simple Choice plan. However, he is not paying part of the bill as promised and not paying on his EIP and now wants his own plan. I saw that when a line is removed, the EIP is not transferred.
What do I need to do to remove his line so I am back on a single 1 Simple Choice plan? Does his EIP need to be paid off, or both of ours? And does our current account balance needs to be $0 to do this? Is there a fee to remove his line?
I'd like to know before calling customer service so when I finally do call, everything is ready to go and I can get it done and over with.
