I was wondering if anyone has any updates on the forced migration of grandfathered plans. That is, has anybody recently received a migration letter?
Per this discussion:
in late November, it was indicated by a T-Force Specialist that the letters were to continue in January. I expect to be migrated, as I currently have a myFaves 300 plan (which as of early November, the ability to change your 'faves' has been removed from the t-mobile website), but I have yet to see a letter. If migration is moving forward, I would like to see more information about it before it happens to me, so I can discuss with someone ahead of time whether the plan I get migrated to meets my needs. If migration isn't moving forward, I would also like to know, because I would like to discuss my current plan with someone, as I previously mentioned access to the main feature of the plan has been disabled for nearly 3 months. Other threads on that topic had pointed to the immanent forced migration as the solution; How do you update you fav fives on the new betta version of the site is one example.
