I had a chat with tmobile customer service and they told me the old 2GB data plans are grand fathered and no longer available.
Which is odd because I still have Unlimited Plus for $10 up to 2GB per month on one line, and Unlimited no GB limit for $20 on another line. So why can't I add the old data to the 3rd line?!
I'm giving a new phone for my mom for her birthday and just wanted to add in data so she can browse her email on the go. She currently only use wifi and don't even want data. I thought I would add the 2GB so she can try it out as a surprise. 4.5GB for $20 as current plan is way too much for her and I do not want to pay for something she barely even use. Tmobile, can either get me to pay $10 a month by adding the plan or nothing at all.
