No more $100 upgrades? Why should I stay

With the new plans and all the recent changes I can't see TMO retaining their current customers who are on the family plans. I tried to upgrade 2 out of 3 phones and was shocked.I'm the consumer who upgrades their phone every 18 mos to 2 years and I feel I'm getting a bad deal if I stay with TMO.

Currently I pay 185 + taxes per month. With upgrades costing about $150 x 3 = 4890 every 24 monthes.

New rates are 150 + taxes per month. With 3 new phone costs of $700 x3 = 5700 every 24 monthes.

When TMO decided to change their format they should have given some thought to their existing customer base.

Your going to raisemy rates up over $800 in 24 monthes, require me to pay higher upfront down payments, and if I choose the new value plans I will lose certain features like free international data. Transparent yes,but higher upfront costs and higher overall costs.

Am I missing something? There is no reason for me to continue being a TMO consumer. Not to mention the 4g coverage in my area is so inconsistent.
