i Just went from a S3 to a Sony phone and i have no DATA

I decided to upgrade my sons phone and He hasn't had DATA for a couple of days. And it's Christmas and he is gonna go without data because tmobile is closed today. Is there anyway to manually Activate this phone. ANY IDEAS
