My Favs - Not Happy

  I realize that I am not heavy or big customer . . however have been one since 11-2005. Called into customer service on 12-13-2013 and asked them to show me where and how to change my favs. I use to do this from my computer. I was told that they would report the problem and it would be taken care of in a week. Just called back today to follow up for I still could not figure it out.
There was no record of the reason why I called on the 13th. The cs person wanted to log into my account. Why?? Just show me how to do it. After awhile she told me I could no longer do it on the computer. . . had to do it on my phone. Ok just show me how to do it. Then they tried to show me how and then I was told I couldn't do that either. That I had to call in to have them change
it. I DO NOT want to have to call in and wait in line to be helped . . . then have to talk to an overly perky person to get them to do it. I also use to be able to text from my computer. That is gone also. Talked to several people along the food chain. . . to no avail.
To my knowledge I was not aware of these changes.  Nobody asked me about making this change.  I don't see why I have to be
inconvenienced because T-Mobile decided to make a change.  This is not the service that I contracted for. Not happy with T-Mobile.
