we are T mobile customer form last 2 years, one line ending with 4801 and other is 2706 and both lines are prepaid. I maid my monthly payment on 28th of November.
now on black Friday deal i bought the Samsung Galaxy S4 and changed both lines from prepaid to post paid they run my credit and issue me the s4 and convert 2 lines to postpaid and i ask i already make a payment for my 2 prepaid lines on 28th November so i have to wait until my monthly plain ends up than i convert my lines to post paid cuz i don't want to lose my $ 60.
so he said don't worry i'm gonna give u the credit for ur $50 and should be showed up in next bill as credit. cuz u already used the service for 3, 4 days i said ok
now my next bill came up and there is no credit, i went back to the store and that guy is off and i talk with the manager he said once u change ur plan ur previous money is gone we cant transfer, and he says i don't know y he misguide u, and did not help me
I dont not know y he lies with me just to sell the phone or get commission .....
i call to 611 no body really help me every body is transfering calls from one department to other and finally call ends, even they can't find out the information when i was on prepaid, really, and i have all the payments record i made a payment from my credit card
now what should i do just cancel the t mobile service and get to At&t or third party cuz i dont to built that kind of business relations on false information and every body is guiding u wrong ...
