Hello!

 

I was called at November 8th after I filled out a t-mobile survey through text messaging showing my dissatisfaction regarding t-mobile. I was offered a solution to my phone issue and told I could call back after I took my decision. When I called back yesterday, I was not in the system as being contacted and I could not be connected to t-mobile. In my survey I explained that T-mobile has a miserable service. And this has again been proved by this incident. Does anybody else has similar negative experiences with t-mobile?
