Steps
Set up or manage spam filters
To set up a spam or keyword filter, follow these steps:
- Log in to My T-Mobile.
- After you log in, click on the MobileLife Email Text and Tools link. You may be asked to log in to My T-Mobile again.
- Click E-mail filters.
- Click Create Filter, Edit Filter, or Delete Filter.
- Fill out the filter information:
- Click SAVE.
Set up or manage email alias settings
An e-mail alias allows you to assign a unique name to your tmomail.net account. The alias must consist of a combination of letters and numbers.
To create an email alias, follow these steps:
- Log in to My T-Mobile.
- After you log in, click on the MobileLife Email Text and Tools link. You may be asked to log in to My T-Mobile again.
- Click Change email address.
- Enter your new email in the text box.
- Click UPDATE.
Block or allow messages sent to your mobile number email address
To block or allow messages sent to your mobile number email address, follow these steps:
- Log in to My T-Mobile.
- After you log in, click on the MobileLife Email Text and Tools link. You may be asked to log in to My T-Mobile again.
- Click E-mail filters.
- Under Block all messages from E-mail to handset, click Yes or under Allow messages ONLY to My Phone's E-Mail address, click Yes.
- Click UPDATE E-MAIL FILTERS.
