Basically I called up T-mobile as I was extremely disappointed in their customer support, trying to obtain a new phone, basically I was lead through number of loop holes, and lied to. After all the frustration with the customer service representative, I insisted on being transferred to a supervisor. After being connect to a supervisor(Adam), I explained to him my problem and basically I was told if I didn't like what he had to say, I could just go ahead and cancel my service. In shock with the response I was present by Adam, I told him to transfer me to a customer loyalty specialist and basically he said that department no longer exist. If what Adam said was correct, it seems as if T-Mobile could care less what you have to say and if you have a problem, you just could take a hike. After being with T-Mobile for close to 8 years, it is probably time to say good bye.
