Over and above the horrendous service TMobile has provided in the ONE WEEK of service I've had so far, I am now being told that I cannot call New York City's '311' telephone number from my phone. This is NYC's NON emergency number that people call should they need assistance from the city but do not know who to speak to.
The freaking imbicile I spoke with said I have to call the city government to get them fix the issue. Has anyone else gotten this steaming pile of cr*p from TMobile? They are effectively blocking my calls, which I am pretty sure is illegal (yes...sarcasm).
