Genius button error; Force close

T-Mobile says you can eliminate the app by uninstalling updates on the T-Mobile My Touch, but when I go to Google, it says "This application is not compatible with my device." If that is true than why is the app on my phone and always running? I have to force close the app on a daily basis because it opens and runs on its own. But, I cannot take it off my phone, Google Play will not give me access. Anyone else have this problem? T-Mobile is supposed to send me a new device but I cannot track on UPS and its been almost three days on a next day expedite.
