How do I get this processed if the store can't do it and is equally baffled by the above trade-in site, the site itself is unusable and the third party vendor email addresses are either not valid or just unresponsive? I know its not much money and probably not worth all this hassle, but this was a seemingly basic perk that was sold to me when I was considering switching.
I recently switched to TMobile from another carrier and understood I could use the trade-in program for my old phone. However, when I enter my information on the site (http://www.mytradeins.com/) it just refreshes the page instead of proceeding to the next stage. I've also called the customer support line, stopped into a physical store and tried emailing RapidquoteAP@cloverwireless.com (the address bounced back as not valid, although tradein@twsmail.com is just unresponsive).
