The 3 lines we're not using can't be dropped until November. I did something not associated with any of these lines but, in Nov of 2011, we got it stuck to us and all 5 lines got rolled 2 years. My phone doesn't expire until March 2014, your line expires May 9, 2014. When your phone died we had to "upgrade" service or go with the cheapest rat (human back side) phone they had on the shelf.
I got my phone May 9, 2012. Not to miss another chance, my line got rolled another 2 years. So, either I pay to finally dump tmoblie or we let them bleed us until they've got what they wanted. We've been with tmobile since 2000 and THEY DO NOT CARE.
I'm going to drop the internet USB stick with ATT. As I was under the false assumption that this was the month to drop tmobile, I was really hoping to go with ATT and stop paying two cell phone companies.
I don't know why I am surprised about this, it's tmobile, nothing changes with them. OBTW, the Rosenberg tmobile store was not opened on time, again, so I sat in their parking lot and called tmobile AND the call was dropped in the middle of it. I had to call back.
