Trying to port number from straight talk (verizon) to tmobile. Transfer request went through 10 days ago and an email received from tmobile said it was successful. However, when i put my tmobile sim in the phone i cant call anyone, i just get a redirect to set up my tmobile account. After entering ported number it says it isnt correct. I would like to get this done before my straight talk account gets charged on the 15th of August. Do I need to contact straight talk myself? Thanks for any help
