lousy customer service and constant problems renewing monthly plan

hello everybody , I have been a  t mobile user for over a year now,  signed up for the auto renew  .  jumped through the hoops online, over the phone, through the phone , but  it rarely works, phone gets turned off ,  call Tmobile, go through voice mail hell,  speak to a uncaring rep who tells  me how sorry they are, and give them my info get transferred  on averag three times and told the auto renew is working.  If
walmarts straight talk had true web service and not  just the web mobile I would go back to them in a heart beat. Overall coverage with Tmobile  has been good but if they can EVER figure out how to get their auto renew to work  would be nice. very frustrating to have to go  through it . if I'm lucky it renews one month , can't remember it ever working  more than two months in a row.  come Tmobile get with it.
