Learn how to download ringtones, games, and MP3s from My T-Mobile.

• Downloads from T-Mobile vary in cost and will be charged to your bill
• Downloads are not available while roaming internationally.
• Pay in Advance Restriction: Downloads will be taken out of the your remaining balance.

Games

View past downloads & subscriptions

To view past downloads or subscriptions from My T-Mobile, follow these steps:

1. Open a web browser and log in to My T-Mobile.
2. From the top navigation bar, click Shop > Apps & Downloads > Games.
3. Click Games.
4. Click My Downloads.
5. Click My Subscriptions.

Cancel a subscription

To cancel a subscription from My T-Mobile, follow these steps:

1. Open a web browser and log in to My T-Mobile.
2. From the top navigation bar, click Shop > Apps & Downloads > Games.
3. Click Games.
4. Click My Subscriptions.
5. Click the subscription you want to cancel.
6. Click Unsubscribe.

MP3s

Download a MP3

To download a MP3 from My T-Mobile, follow these steps:

1. Open a web browser and log in to My T-Mobile.
2. From the top navigation bar, click Shop > Apps & Downloads > MP3 Downloads.
3. Click MP3 Download.
4. Locate the desired MP3 single track or full album.
5. Click Download.

Ringtones

Download from My T-Mobile

To download a ringtone from My T-Mobile, follow these steps:

1. Open a web browser and log in to My T-Mobile.
2. From the top navigation bar, click Shop > Ringtones.
3. Find the ringtone you want to purchase and click Buy Now (One Time Download or Monthly Subscription).
4. Your phone will receive a text message. Open the message and click the link to save the download.

To view past downloads or subscriptions from My T-Mobile, follow these steps:

1. Open a web browser and log in to My T-Mobile.
2. From the top navigation bar, click Shop > Ringtones.
3. Click My Downloads.
4. Click See My Available.

To cancel a ringtone subscription from My T-Mobile, follow these steps:

1. Open a web browser and log in to My T-Mobile.
2. From the top navigation bar, click Shop > Ringtones.
3. Click My Subscriptions.
4. Click the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Click Unsubscribe.
