To change your services or features via My T-Mobile, follow these steps:

1. Open a web browser and log in to My T-Mobile.
2. Scroll to the line you wish to change and click View plan and service details.
3. Under Services, click Manage next to the service you want to change.
4. Select either the Individual services or Shared services tab depending on how your plan is set up.
5. Scroll to the Services section.
6. Click Add or Remove next to the service you want to add or remove.
7. Review the change and click Continue.
8. Click the Review changes button.
9. Some services allow you to change the date the new plan will start. To change the date, click Change date, select the desired date, and click the Apply button.
10. Check I accept all Terms and Conditions and Services agreement changes.
11. Click the Submit Changes button.
